WCSU is seeking applications for the position of Head Football Coach. This is a full-time position which will begin during Spring, 2012. Responsibilities include recruitment of student-athletes, and organizing and administering a successful Division III athletics program by ensuring compliance with NCAA and University policies.

Qualifications: Bachelorís degree required. Minimum of 5 years coaching experience at the intercollegiate level is required. Experience as a coordinator is mandatory; head-coaching experience is preferred. Must have extensive recruiting experience. Knowledge and understanding of NCAA rules and regulations as they apply to programs at the Division III level. Extensive computer skills required. Excellent communication skills are required as is the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
