Duties include, but are not limited to, coaching, recruiting qualified student athletes including use of recruiting software, fund raising, camp operations, scouting, film breakdown, video exchange and associated software, developing community support for the program, monitoring academic progress of student-athletes and other duties as assigned by the Head Coach. Prefer experience with the Swing Offense and man to man defense. Candidates will also serve as an Instructor in Physical Education Department teaching a variety of courses as assigned by the Director of Physical Education.
Masterís degree required. Minimum of 2 years of coaching experience on the collegiate level or 4 years on the high school level required, with preference given to experience coaching the swing offense and man to man defense. Candidates must have educational background, expertise and experience to teach college level courses in Physical Education. Ability to manage multiple tasks is required. Candidates must have excellent written and oral skills, knowledge of computer applications for recruiting and video exchange and breakdown, organizational abilities, event planning and camps, fund raising, demonstrated recruiting ability, and must be able to work weekends/evenings and travel.
