The Assistant Women’s Basketball Coach is responsible for assisting with all phases of managing a successful basketball program. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: assisting the Head Coach with recruiting, planning and running practice sessions, and game day responsibilities. In addition, this person will work with the Director of Intramurals to oversee spring intramurals.
Minimum of bachelor’s degree and prior coaching experience preferred, either at the university or high school level. Candidates should have knowledge and understanding of the academic environment of a small liberal arts institution. Demonstrate competency in coaching and/or playing.
