Job DescriptionGoucher College seeks a part-time assistant to work in conjunction with the Head Women’s Basketball Coach in all aspects related to the operation of the women’s basketball program.
Responsibilities include effectively recruiting and retaining qualified student-athletes; assisting with all aspects of practice and game preparation; assisting with structured program activities, including fundraising, community service, and team study hall; working with various campus constituents; assisting the head coach with alumni and family relations activities; and other duties as assigned by the head coach.

Job RequirementsQualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of driving experience on a state-issued license. Previous coaching experience (camps, clinics, etc.) required. Collegiate playing experience and prior experience coaching post players is preferred. The successful candidate will be subject to a background check as a condition of employment.
