Job RequirementsBachelor's degree and experience as player of specific sport at high school or college level. Also required are CPR Certification (or ability to obtain) and a high level of interpersonal/ motivational skills. Some experience in coaching at high school or college level is preferred. Continuing education/ certification in specific sport also preferred.
