Job DescriptionCrown College invites applications for the position of Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach. Crown College is an NCAA III institution that sponsors 11 varsity sports and is a member of the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference (UMAC). Crown is a private, Christian college established in 1916 and located in St. Bonifacius, Minnesota, 20 miles west of Minneapolis.
All duties are assigned by the Head Coach and include, but are not limited to, assistance in training session development, team, small group, and individual training, player evaluation in training and games, all aspects related to the recruitment of qualified student-athletes, monitoring the academic performance of student-athletes, and involvement in the planning, administration, and training for summer soccer camps, in addition to any other function deemed necessary by the Head Coach.
Job RequirementsThe successful candidate must have a bachelor’s degree. Prior playing and/or coaching experience will be considered. The successful candidate must also pass the NCAA certification examination on an annual basis and adhere to all rules and regulations of Crown College, the Upper Midwest Athletic Conference and the NCAA III.
