Job DescriptionMount Ida College, a member of NCAA Division III and the Great Northeast Athletic Conference, seeks qualified applicants for the part-time position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach. Coaching responsibilities include administration of all phases of women’s basketball program to include: recruiting qualified student-athletes, preparing practice sessions and game strategies, hiring and supervising coaching staff and working with athletics staff and other campus constituents. This is a live-on position that includes a 1-bedroom apartment and partial meal plan.
Job RequirementsA Master’s Degree is preferred and a Bachelor’s Degree is required. Previous coaching and recruiting experience is required. Candidates must possess strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills and be committed to the academic mission of the College and the philosophy of NCAA Division III athletics.
