Job DescriptionStevenson University is experiencing unprecedented growth. As a result, we are seeking the following position:
Head Football Coach
Responsible for the overall management of the Football program as well as the recruitment of prospective donors for the athletic program. The Football Coach will be in charge of fully implementing and overseeing a recruitment plan for football that assists the department in the recruitment and retention of student-athletes. The Football Coach/Fundraiser will also plan and oversee the development of an athletic fundraising plan that will assist the university in gifts for the department. Furthermore, the Football Coach/Athletic Fundraiser will assist the Associate Athletic Director in overseeing the men's varsity athletic programs. Reporting to the Associate Athletic Director and other significant senior administrators such as the Athletic Director, the Football Coach provides administrative leadership by supervising staff, coaches, Graduate Assistants, student workers and Co-ops. Attending administrative meetings and assisting the college in other managerial needs is expected. The Head Football Coach is expected to assists in all areas of the department and performs as a member of the "athletic department team."
