Job DescriptionResponsible for all duties assigned by Head Coach including, but not limited to:
- Serve as on-court assistant coach
- Responsible for film exchange
- Responsible for planning & coordinating all fundraising, community service, and team building events
- Attend ALL team functions
- Responsible for ALL aspects of recruiting
- Responsible for scouting opponents
- Responsible for conducting study-hall and monitoring academics
- Maintain a working knowledge of NCAA & Division III rules
- Assist with development of practice plans, game plans & strategies
- Assist with organization of alumni game & alumni functions
- Serve as site administrator for spring sporting events

Job RequirementsAll applicants must have:
- College playing experience and/or college coaching experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (3.0 GPA is preferred)
- Valid driver’s license
