Job DescriptionResponsibilities include the recruiting and retention of qualified student athletes, organization of practice and game day preparations, supervision of assistant coaches and team mangers, and monitoring the academic and social well being of the participants. Candidates must have the ability to coach and recruit within the NCAA Division III philosophy, have prior playing and /or coaching experience and an earned bachelor’s degree.
