Job DescriptionEastern Nazarene College is a small Liberal Arts Christian School located in Quincy, MA - just 7 miles south of Boston. We are looking for an Assistant coach for the Women's Basketball Program.
Assist in coaching techniques and strategies; evaluate individual performances and provide leadership and instruction in areas of deficiencies as required.
Counsel team members in academic.
Participate in comprehensive recruiting activities; coordinate efforts with Admissions Office to arrange meetings between prospects and college officials.
Participate in the collection and analysis of tactical and statistical data of opponent teams; assist in designing game plans and strategies.
Assist administrative staff in fundraising efforts.
Assist in planning and administering off-season physical training program; provide special training for individual team members as required.
Represent the College Athletic Department at professional, civic, charity and alumni events.
Ensure compliance with NCAA, Conference, and College rules and regulations.
