Job DescriptionBethany College is seeking qualified applicants for two (2) positions as Assistant Football Coach Interns. These positions will report to the Head Football Coach and duties will include coaching, recruiting, and fundraising. Additional duties may be assigned by the Head Coach or the Director of Athletics. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree, a valid driver’s license, and playing experience at the collegiate level. Knowledge of and adherence to Bethany, NCAA Division III, and Presidents’ Athletic Conference rules and regulations are also required. Preference will be given to applicants with at least one year of coaching experience at the collegiate or high school level. Experience coaching running backs and/or defensive backs are also preferred. These are nine-month positions with a start date of August 1, 2008. Compensation includes stipend, room, board, and West Virginia University tuition waiver.
